What kind of items do you handle?
Through a mix of process, systems and expertise, Pack Smart reliably delivers a superior solution for processing and distributing products sold by e-commerce websites such as eBay and all other companies - from start-ups to large corporate businesses selling wholesale and e-retails goods, including book, apparel, gifts packs, CDs, DVDs, health and beauty supplies and many more product ranges.

How do I transmit my inventory/stock and orders to you for warehousing and then distribution?
Our processes involve receiving your inventory/stock on an agreed date. We then we thoroughly examine the delivery, check for damage and undertake a full count. This is then compared to the inventory stock list to ensure that they are in good condition and ready to be shipped out. We can accept orders via email, CSV file and Excel spreadsheet. We also offer system integration solutions if required.

How much do you charge for your services and how do you bill?
Our competitive charges start from as little as 60p per order depending on the volume and complexity of the services requested. The majority of our clients enjoy monthly billing cycles with invoices detailing all the services provided.

What kind of storage facility do you have and how secure is it?
Our warehouse facilities are located on site at our office premises and managed by our team. We also have the option to use external secure facilities for larger projects if required. This flexibility allows us to efficiently provide you with solutions to your fulfilment needs, regardless of how small or large your inventory/stock is! We guarantee that your goods are safe with us as our warehouse facilities are equipped with 24-hour security surveillance and respond services from our reliable security provider.

We can provide most types of standard packaging with emphasis on 'green' environmentally friendly, sustainable and recycled materials suitable for most requirements through to bespoke own-branded packaging.

Will you send email confirmations when an order is shipped to my customers?
Yes, we will send emails to confirm that orders have been shipped out to your customers and also provide you with any tracking information if available. Alternatively, if you don't require us to to this, that's not a problem - we cover all the options during our implementation process.
